The walkthrough

From the first screen to your QR code

  1. Open the portal and choose "Arrival Card"

Check the address reads tdac.immigration.go.th. The page may ask you to pass a short human-verification check first. Pick your language if you need to; the portal lists several, including Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian. FAQ

  2. Enter personal and passport details

You can type them or scan or upload your passport's machine-readable zone, the two coded lines at the bottom of the photo page. Recheck anything it fills in. User guide Type everything in English. In dropdowns, type three characters to narrow the list. User guide

  3. Add your trip and where you're staying

This covers your arrival date, flight number or other transport details, purpose of travel and your address in Thailand. FAQ See the checklist for the full list.

  4. Answer the health declaration

You'll be asked for more health information only if your recent travel, departure country, nationality or flight is on a list kept by the Ministry of Public Health. User guide

  1. Preview and correct

Compare each name and number against the passport itself. Use "Edit" to go back. User guide

  3. Accept the terms and submit

Download it straight away or from the email. A copy on your phone is fine, and you don't have to print it unless you won't have a device with you. FAQ The user guide suggests keeping a copy for your stay. User guide

What the email tells you

After you file or update, the email says which immigration line you can use. User guide

This appears in the portal's October 2026 release notes, so older guides won't mention it. FAQ
